List of Sub-Processors

Effective: 24 September, 2025

Mandatory:

  • Twilio, Inc., USA, Telephone Platform.

    • Delivery of phone calls, SMS, Chats, and WhatsApp messages and the storage of call history records, mixing of audio, and storage of call recordings and messages.
    • Twilio’s list of Sub-Sub-Processors is available (as at the date of this Agreement) at twilio.com/en-us/legal/sub-processors
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc., USA, Cloud Hosting Provider.

    • Hosting the Spoke solution, storage and processing of information, storage of call history records, call recordings and provision of AI Services. USA
    • Amazon Web Services’ list of Sub-Sub-Processors is available (as at the date of this Agreement) at amazon.com/compliance/sub-processors/

If Customer chooses to send Provider Personal Data via a support ticket:

If Customer chooses to activate certain services:

  • ai, Inc. USA, Data Integration Platform.
    • An optional service that transmits/syncs information between Spoke Phone and a cloud application (such as a CRM) as chosen by Customer.
    • ai’s list of Sub-Sub-Processors is available (as at the date of this Agreement) at tray.ai/sub-processors
  • Anthropic, PBC, USA, LLM Provider.
    • Optional AI Services.
    • Anthropic’s list of Sub-Sub-Processors is available (as at the date of this Agreement) at anthropic.com/subprocessors

Depending on which Spoke group company the Customer/you are contracting with, other members of the Spoke group may act as Sub-processors. The Spoke group companies are as follows:

  • Spoke Network Limited, New Zealand
  • Spoke Network Inc., USA
  • Spoke Phone Limited, New Zealand

Each Spoke group company may, when acting as Sub-processor for another Spoke group company, use the companies above as Sub-Sub-Processors.
